Returns & refund Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of their delivery date, Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items (such as engravings, custom orders, etc.)
All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless you are returning a faulty product. Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to make a return
To start a return, please email us at champagnedreamsaccessories@gmail.com. Once a return request is submitted, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be reviewed. Once your return is approved, we will send a return approval email along with the return addres and how to return the item. The return approval email will include the sole authorized return address. Please note that returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be in the same condition that you receive them and undamaged in any way.
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt.

Sales items or Samples cannot be returned.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within 3 days of receipt. Please email us at champagnedreamsaccessories@gmail.com with order number and date. Allow 1-3 business days for us to contact you with return address or store credit.
